Application Process for
Cold-Bond Cement
Step 1: Surface Preparation
Clean and dry the surfaces to remove dust, grease, and contaminants.
Use a solvent cleaner if needed for maximum adhesion.
Step 2: Adhesive Application
Apply an even layer of cold bond cement to both surfaces.
Allow tack time (drying period) as per manufacturer’s instructions.
Step 3: Bonding the Surfaces
Press the two surfaces together firmly.
Use a roller or clamp for uniform pressure and optimal bonding.
Step 4: Curing & Final Inspection
Let the adhesive cure before applying stress or tension.

Step 1: Surface Preparation
• Sandblast or Buff the surface area to remove all dirt
& grime from previous application (if not sandblasted)
• Remove all residue
• Use the required solvent cleaner for maximum adhesion.
Step 2: Special Primer Application
• Spray or paint on the desired primer as instructed
• Leave Primer to dry as instructed
• Repeat Primer
Step 3: Apply The Polyurethane Spray
• Apply the PU Spray with your Pneumatic gun & Cartridge applicator or
with our Industrial applicator machine for large surface areas.
• Apply till the desired thickness is reached.
